REFUND POLICY
We will always refund your item if it doesn’t meet consumer standards. However, in typical cases our goods are unable to be returned due to hygienic reasons.
You will be notified of any refund that we issue. When processed, please allow time for payment to come through, your payment will be returned in the original payment method you choose.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be patient and allow for some time for your payment to be returned to you, this may take up to 2 business days and may also depend on the payment type and provider you have used.
If you still have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged.
